Terms of Service

By accessing or using Nexus AI ("Platform," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access most Platform features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• chevron_rightBe at least 18 years old and a resident of a supported jurisdiction
• chevron_rightComplete identity verification (KYC) as required by applicable law

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Nexus AI provides AI-powered investment intelligence tools including, but not limited to:

Services are provided "as-is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to impose usage limits.

You acknowledge that:

• warningAI-generated signals are based on historical data and statistical models, not guaranteed predictions
• warningNo AI system can reliably predict market movements; all investments carry risk
• warningYou are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make
• warningNexus AI is not a registered investment adviser providing personalized advice to you individually

You agree not to engage in the following activities on or through the Platform:

Violation may result in immediate account suspension and referral to regulatory authorities.

All Platform content, including AI models, algorithms, software, design, and research methodology, is owned by Nexus AI and protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content without our written consent.

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant Nexus AI a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such feedback to improve our services.

Nexus AI offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• arrow_right Suspected fraudulent activity
• arrow_right Regulatory requirements
• arrow_right Non-payment of fees
• arrow_right Extended periods of inactivity (24+ months)

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. We will provide instructions for retrieving your data within 30 days. Regulatory obligations to retain records will continue regardless of account status.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to Nexus AI in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by FINRA Dispute Resolution Services under its arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California.

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring disputes as class or collective actions. All claims must be brought on an individual basis.

Securities Disputes: Claims related to your brokerage account are subject to FINRA arbitration as disclosed in your account agreement.
